HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To initiate a return, email us at service@jerseysneak.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.Try-ons at home are okay.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact Us
Email service@jerseysneak.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Follow Instructions
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack Securely
Ensure items are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
You will receive confirmation once your return is approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the credit (typically 3–7 business days for cards; PayPal may post sooner).
If you return the entire order, any original shipping fee you paid (if applicable) is also refunded.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, contact service@jerseysneak.com within 30 days of delivery.
